Go for the magic of it.
Some places don't need an explanation.
You see them and something in you says: I want to go there.
The Northern Lights dancing across a dark Arctic sky.
A Cotswold village that looks like it was pulled from a storybook.
A road winding through mountains with nowhere you need to be.
These aren't trips you take because they're practical.
You go because something about them calls to you.
And sometimes, that's reason enough.

FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE.
Sometimes the magic isn't about going farther. It's about finding the place that makes you feel most like yourself and giving yourself permission to go there. I talk about how finding those grounding places changed my approach to travel on my blog.
